1. Services & Engagements

Draco Systems provides enterprise software development, backend API design, and system architecture advisory services. Specific service deliverables, project milestones, and SLA guarantees are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed with each enterprise client.

2. Acceptable Use

Users must not use our public endpoints or digital infrastructure for any unlawful purpose, including transmission of malicious software, network disruption, unauthorized scanning, or interference with server availability.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, interface layouts, software code frameworks, and documentation published on this website are the proprietary property of Draco Systems Ltd. and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
